CEFR Compliant
CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is an internationally valid scoring criterion that shows how well a person can speak and understand a language. In the Talentate Language Proficiency Tests, the scoring of the results of the candidates is made and show according to this criterion.
Distribution Graphics
The distribution graphics show the percentage distribution of all candidates who took this test according to their scores. There are two dimensions of graphics; company distribution and overall distribution. The company distribution shows the distribution of candidates who are exclusively included in your company, while the overall distribution shows the distribution of all candidates who took this test in the country.
Add Rule Feature
If the most important competence of the candidates for a recruitment process is language proficiency and candidates who fall below the expected proficiency will not continue the process, the candidates can be eliminated from the beginning by determining the rule for the assessment set.
