ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is a type of management system accepted worldwide, which requires to increase customer satisfaction by meeting the customer’s expectations, requirements and legislative requirements. Quality Management System determines the conditions in several points from organizational structure of the enterprise to satisfaction level of its customers, from analysis of collected data to effective management of processes, from internal audits to product design and from purchasing to sale. ISO 9001 Standard is actually a control mechanism. Its purpose is to reduce and eliminate errors and faults and, more importantly, to prevent any error and fault that may occur. This standard is not directly related with the product and service quality, but with the quality of management system. The main assumption here is production of high quality products and services to meet customer requirements upon creation and implementation of a Quality Management System. ISO 9001 Standard is not mandatory and it includes general conditions. It can be applied for any industry regardless of enterprise’s size. It represents a strong management system if it is understood and implemented correctly. ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System is a systematic approach to ensure the production is completed by taking environmental effects into consideration in each step of production from the initial stage up to presentation of the product to consumers. ISO 14001 is an international standard that defines how environmental performance of a company should be controlled and developed. ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System
ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System is very important for the operations and even for the continuation of your organization. ISMS assists you to manage and protect your valuable information assets. It is the only internationally controllable standard that defines the requirements of Information Security Management System (ISMS). It is designed to ensure that sufficient and proportional security controls are selected. ISO 27001 requires organizations to prepare their risk management and risk processing plans, tasks and responsibilities, business continuity plans, emergency management procedures and to keep their records during the implementation. The organization must publish an information security policy containing all these activities and train its staff regarding information security and threats. Since it is an alive process, through which the targets of selected controls are always measured and compliance of controls with the objectives and their performance are always monitored, information security management can only be succeeded with active support of management and participation of staff. It assists you to protect your information assets and establish trust for relevant parties, particularly your customers. ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System creates a framework for enterprises in order to reduce the risks of working environment, increase the safety of workers and create safer working conditions and includes all requirements to reduce their load. It follows the same system approach of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System that are accepted worldwide. The main structure of ISO 45001 is configured in accordance with Annex SL’s structure, which is being implemented with its latest revisions, and it is composed of 10 articles. OHSAS 18001 standard was published again as ISO 45001 with the latest revisions in order to facilitate its integration with other standards. With Controlled Document module of Bimser’s Integrated Management System Solution, you can ensure that documentation structure, an expectation of management systems, is created, all revisions to be made in these documents are kept in the system in the form of a version logic, users can access these documents based on their authorizations and relevant persons are informed about any change in the documents (based on distribution matrix). Existing documents can be transferred individually or in bulk to the system by using exportation function of our system. Documents can be prepared and updated electronically in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, PDF or other formats, which the users are familiar with. Requests for adding, revising and cancelling the documents can be tracked through the system and these documents are stored as drafts and they are not made available for other users until all approvals are obtained. It is possible to retrieve reports in many different areas, such as the status of document in the system, summary lists of documents, whether the persons that received the document have read them or not. Our application is completely parametric and users can add and edit new document groups easily without being dependent on the vendor. When more than one language is used and documents are prepared in various languages, the persons that will view approve these documents view the documents in the language they speak. If requested, Word and Excel documents can be converted to and opened as PDF.
CPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
This is a module of our QDMS product, through which nonconformities found within the company or improvements are tracked. This module works integrated with our Audit Activities module. When a nonconformity/improvement is found and entered to the system, it can be submitted for approval and CPA is opened after the approval is obtained. Persons that will solve the problem can enter improvement report after Corrective and Preventive Action or improving action is determined and they can conduct a root cause analysis and plan the actions. Planned actions are e-mailed as always to the person that will take the action. When these persons click the link in the e-mail, they can directly connect to the system and view the actions that they must take. The system automatically prepares the reports and graphics of all entered data. Since these data can also be exported to Excel, any information entered to the system can be managed in any way.
Action resources, root causes and nonconformity categories can be determined by the organization. G8D report can be retrieved as a deliverable.
Meeting – Action
You can plan and track the delivery date for a task (meeting, management schedule, time related targets, projects, etc.) and person and position, who will do the task, with Action Management module of Bimser’s Integrated Management Solution. After the action plan is prepared, you can prepare as much business plan as you want regarding the action. Defined action plans are e-mailed to relevant persons as actions and when the users click the link in these mails, they are directly forwarded to the place, at where they will complete their actions. It is also possible to prepare budget plans and define activity percentages when preparing action plans. Our system automatically calculates actual progress ratio of each action plan and reports can be prepared for main actions and business plans of these actions.
You can track your internal audits, management system audits and external audits (e.g. supplier audits) with Audit module of Bimser’s QDMS Integrated Management Solution. Self-evaluations and audits can be defined as a group or periodically and audits to be performed in the relevant period or group can be defined accordingly. Chief auditor publishes a detailed audit plan after the audits are completed and the system automatically prepares and publishes the audit report after the findings are entered and audit work order is closed. Audit activity can work integrated with CPA and action management modules and nonconformities can be converted to CPA or Actions in the system. It is possible to retrieve reports for audit activity in different formats and work orders and histories of all audits can be viewed from these reports. It is possible to create a pool of questions for each management system and questions can be selected from this pool. It is also possible to assign scores and weights to audit questions.
You can define and track internal and external trainings of your organization with Training Records module of Bimser’s QDMS Integrated Management Solution. After the trainings are entered to the system with their sessions, instructors, attendants and venues, an e-mail is sent automatically by our system to the persons, who must attend these trainings. After the training results are entered to the system by training coordinator, training reports can be prepared by the system at any detailed level. You can create a training request and, if requested, submit that request for approval when using our Training Records software. When training requirements of positions are defined, the trainings that have been and must be taken by that position can be listed. Persons that will evaluate training activities are reminded automatically for evaluation time and then the activity is evaluated. You can also fulfill your liability to submit occupational health trainings electronically to the Ministry of Labor and Family thanks to the integration with the ministry’s systems. Bimser is an accredited OHSMS Integrator.
Calibration (Measurement Uncertainty)
You can track and retrieve reports for internal and external calibrations and verifications at the work order level with Calibration module of our QDMS Integrated Management Solution. After the hardware are defined to the system, each calibration can be tracked as a work order and batch work orders can be generated monthly or in any other period. Our system sends an e-mail to the calibration officer and device officer when a work order is created. After calibration officer enters the results to the system, these data and their master plans can be reported and these reports can be exported to Excel. Certificates or uncertainties can be prepared separately, based on the types of hardware being used.
